Ellen Sakany has over 25 years of experience in the legal system. She is licensed in Colorado, New York, and New Jersey.

Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Sakany clerked for a matrimonial judge in Bergen County, NJ. She is also a former public defender and civil litigator dedicated to helping individuals facing criminal charges, investigations, and select civil litigation.

Ms. Sakany has extensive experience in state  courtrooms in a wide range of criminal and civil matters. Ms. Sakany has worked as a litigator for several respected civil law firms. She has obtained many successful civil jury verdicts and settlements. She won a $1.9 million settlement for a client who was injured by a dangerous condition in a department store.
